Atlanta monthly rental prices are rising again, but the city of Atlanta isn't the most expensive place to rent in the metro area. Instead, Johns Creek holds the stage as the most expensive place to rent from, according to a new report on rental data from the Atlanta metro area by ApartmentList.com. The report showed prices are up 0.5% since last month, and nearly 20% since 2021.
