A 16-year-old Georgia girl has died after she and her 9-year-old brother were pulled from an apartment complex swimming pool on Monday, according to local law enforcement. The children had been playing in the pool Monday afternoon at an apartment complex in Johns Creek, a city in Fulton County located just under 30 miles northeast of Atlanta. A witness who noticed that both of the siblings had been underwater for too long ran to get help from the apartment's offices, the Johns Creek Police Department said in a news release posted on Facebook Monday.
